Abreu Selling New York Condo
Via Luxist.com -
Yankees player Bobby Abreu has listed [his] two-bedroom condo at One Beacon for $7.9 million. The spare and bare apartment, shown [here], is listed here.
Martin Feldstein thinks this is a bad time to be selling Bobby.

If he is smart, he would price it aggressively to make a quick sale rather than ride the market to the bottom.
If he is indeed leaving New York after this season, it would be wise to sell now before it gets worse.
If he is planning on staying in New York, it would probably make more sense to hold onto it.
