There are rumors coming out of the Bronx that Yankees G.M. Brian Cashman was quoted today as saying:
"This is my Kei Igawa. There are many like it; but, this one is mine."

Although it begs the question of why Steve brought it up. Did Cashman get caught with a gun? Was Igawa brought up in trade talks again and Cashman refused to part with him?

My take was that it's a joke...saying that Cashman and Igawa are like Private Pyle and his rifle. Of course, your mileage may vary.
