Moose Vs. Red Light Today
Curt Schilling's ERA against the Yankees, this season, to date: 6.92
Curt Schilling's ERA against the Yankees, last year: 4.18 (But, it was 2.40 when facing the Yankees in Fenway Park.)
Mike Mussina's ERA against the Red Sox, this season, to date: 9.45
Mike Mussina's ERA against the Red Sox, last year: 4.77 (But, it was 6.75 in Fenway Park.)
Looks like Schilling has an edge coming into this game. Still, today could turn out to be a battle of the bullpens. Will it be Chris Britton to the rescue for New York this afternoon?

Moose has a 2.63 era with Nieves behind the plate. Hopefully that success continues today.

bailey, you know if those f'ers weren't winning and weren't in first place then the signings of Drew, Lugo, and DiceK would be getting ripped to shreds.

Strange comment. Abreu, damon, how are those working for you cashman?

Ha. Funny comment. You have to look at success as a whole. If you make an A in a class you don't worry about the test you failed. If you fail a class you can't stop looking at the test you failed.
Saying "if they weren't in first place by 13(!) their failures would be magnified would be hilarious if you weren't serious with such a foolish remark.
