Driving To The Game Today?

If you're driving to and from the game today, and have some time afterwards, please drop me a line and let me know how the experience was today (with the new construction, etc.) - thanks in advance!

Hey Steve I'm going to the game on Friday night and I'm sure you are probably going to a game before then but I'll let you know how it goes afterwards.

Thanks. My first game won't be until the first Boston visit, so, you'll be beat me.

Steve

I didn't go to the game today, but I had a friend who did. Drove up from the lower-east side. Left his apartment at 11:00. Didn't get inside until after the second inning, and he ended up parking in Harlem and taking a bus over to the stadium because of the ridiculous traffic. Apparently, the construction is wreaking havoc, and turning it into a disaster area for drivers.

Bummer - but, based on the picture link that I just posted in today's game entry, it looked like he was not alone.

This year it's going to be, get there 2 hours before, or, park far away and take the MTA.

I left north Jersey a little after 10:30. I parked a little after 12:30. It very very bad. I'll have more updates throughout the week. Thursday night should be interesting.

Took me two hours to get from parking lot #3 to the Triborough. Crazy.

Thanks for the feedback all. Keep it coming.

Sorry to hear it all - but, I'm not shocked.
