March 2007 Survey Question #1
I guess this question comes into play for when you're buying goods (albeit a shirt, a tattoo, or whatever) related to the Yanks. Or, it can apply to how you like to see the team represented in graphics, period, even if you're not buying.
Which is your favorite Yankees symbol?

I prefer the classic interlocking NY.
The bat in the hat is a great second logo and every time I see it I think of the theme song (doo doo, doo doo doo doo doo doo doo) and the WPIX bat in the hat graphics. Man, I miss Scooter and White and the WPIX broadcasts from when I was a little kid...

Though I appricate the simple, yet classy, interlocking NY, I chose the bat in the hat because it is reminiscent of the logo used most in my youth (70's and 80's), thus a vote for nostalgia.

Hey, the beauty of the Yankees is that there's always something to think/talk about...history, current events, fandom, stats, etc.
It's a deep well for me.
