Yanks and More

There's a relatively new Yankees blog on the scene: Yanks and More.

If you stop by, tell them that WasWatching.com sent ya!

Steve, that kid's been blogging away for weeks and hasn't had much traffic. That's a nice thing you did. I hope he gets a little play.

Hey, Bronx Banter and some others put me on the map back in April 2005 when I started here. So, I always try to return the favor, in a way, with others, when I have the chance.

Thanks a lot Steve. It means a lot to get some recognition from one of my favorite blogs.

Hey Steve - I have a great idea for a banner for your site if you're interested. Give me a shout at pete222 at gmail dot com

I thought this might be an interesting site until I reached the Obama-mania post.

That's enough for me to avoid this site.

Messiah worshipping belongs in church, not in politics. I've got no time for lavishing praise on possibly the most unqualified candidate for president ever. Aside from John Edwards that is.

Do you only read things you agree with? If so, you must keep a narrow scope of blogs. One of the great things about reading other people's works is seeing their opinions. I don't always agree with what Steve has to say about the Yankees, but he makes me think about my own conclusions and assumptions. It's just a way of having dialog, and to me, it seems short-sighted to dismiss an entire blog because you don't like the presidential candidate he's supporting.

well said Ben. Open-mindedness is a good thing. If somebody can't handle reading a different opinion, they should probably stay away from the blogosphere and the internet as a whole.
