And They Say Matsui's Hobby Is Alarming
From ComputerAndVideoGames.com -
Revered comic-book writer Todd McFarlane is contributing to a newly formed developer called Green Monster Games, it has emerged.
According to Gamasutra , the artist/author/media megastar/sports fan has been snapped up as lead artist on an as-yet unspecified game for the company, which is owned, bizarrely, by Boston Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling, who is known to be an avid MMO player. Sci-fi/fantasy author RA Salvatore is also on board.
The company is reputedly named after the left-field wall at Fenway Park, home of the Red Sox, and is currently advertising for programmers. Green Monster has not yet released details of any of its game projects, but you wouldn't bet against the company developing an MMO - or a standalone RPG - given the personnel involved.
True confession. After reading this, I had to look up "MMO" to see what it meant.
Remember when Schilling had to run to the hospital one day before a game? Think he had an appointment with Dr. Maressa Hecht Orzack?

Maybe Schill can get some carpal tunnel syndrome.

Steve, you going to take away rbj's posting privileges because of his last comment? How could you be so sick to hope that he gets a terrible syndrome like that?!

Wow, Salvator and Schilling, that's going to be one good selling game.
