ESPN.com Baseball Quiz

Everyone seems to be linking to this test these days - so, I thought that I would as well.

I took it quickly and got 44 out of 50 correct.

How did you do?

39. If I could, I would protest the "Where did Vin Scully go to college?" question as being too far in left field to really count as "baseball trivia" - its more "trivia related to baseball".

I did okay, not great - 28/50. I felt with a lot of the questions I missed that I had read about whatever the event or record being referred to was, but I hadn't retained the information. Or, I could reason it down to two choices, and then just guessed wrong.

Only 31.

But at least I'm not in the 59% that think Abner Doubleday wrote the rulebook.

Most of the ones I missed I was just guessing, but there were a couple I should have had.

21 right. Will anyone beat that?!

Damn red I thought I was going to win the "Most Ignorant Was Watching Commenter" prize. I guess we'll have to share it.

Before I took that quiz I thought I was knowledgeable about baseball. Thanks for correcting me Steve
