May 4th @ The Devil Rays

You know, one year ago, to the day, the Yankees were playing in Tampa (like tonight). Sean Henn got roughed up that night and the Yankees record fell to 11-17.

Slammin' Johnny Damon, what a difference a year makes.

Still, Texas (coming up next) should now be a good test for New York. It's been 25 days since the Yankees last played a good team on the road for more than two games in a row. It will be interesting to see how the team responds to that type of challenge at this stage in their season.

Two ugly wins agst TB but we'll take 'em. Having Sheff in the lineup really makes a big diff. This team is close to putting all together.

Ack, Randy is really starting to scare me... remember this is a bad outting against a team that's hitting like abosalute junk through most of their line up with only a couple of bright spots and many of their true stars on the DL...

3 bad outtings in 4...... but also won 3 outta 4
...

Jesus if the Yankees had this run support for all their starters they would be something like 24-2 now instead of 15-11

All that run support they used to give to Pettitte has to go somewhere. Well, better him than Wright.
