Yesterday's Big Day
WasWatching.com had 7,313 hits yesterday - which is now the all-time record for this site in terms of most hits in one day.
Thanks to everyone for this incredible interest and support!

Well-deserved. You have a great blog and I'm glad that I recently discovered it.
I see that the Yankees signed Dusty Bergman to a minor league deal. That's a useful signing, I think. Although he is 27, he had a very good ERA at Salt Lake City in the PCL, is left-handed, struck out about 7 batters per 9 innings, and had a 3-1 K-BB ratio. He's certainly better than Wayne Franklin.

Dusty Bergman???? Say, anyone want to give us a preview of the Rule V Draft? Any hidden treasures?

Thanks to those with the kind words!
And, for those with the slow days, hey, buy my book - it will give you something to read on those slow days! ;-)

It's weird, they frown on reading during down time, but I can goof off on the 'net, as it looks like I'm "working."
Strange place, this corporate world
