Flipping 5's

Soon we will know who wins the 2005 AL MVP.

A Red Sox won it in 1975 - Fred Lynn.
A Yankee won it in 1985 - Don Mattingly.
A Red Sox won it in 1995 - Mo Vaughn.

I hope the voters knew this year (2005) is the Yankees turn again.

Ha! Now that's some pretty neat stuff!
(However, even though I know A-Rod is the more deserving player, I think he will continue the trend of Yankees coming in second this year - though I hope I am wrong).

Judging from the awards so far, the voters would be lucky if they could count to 5.
