Best Season With The Bat Since 1973 - Pt. II
Following up on something from August 15th, don't look now, but, Alex Rodriguez has 72 RCAA at this moment. He's in excellent position to lay claim towards the title of "Best Season With The Bat Since 1973" for the Yankees.
Further, when he's done this year, A-Rod might also have the "Best Season With The Bat Since 1937 By A Right-Handed Batter" title for the Yankees as well.

went to the game last night- had great seats near the Yankee dugout....A-Rods shot yesterday was the furthest opposite field HR I have ever seen......and not slightly opposite field...this was Giambi's turf
I actually read Jeter's lips saying "are you kidding me?" when he congratulated A-Rod back at the dugout.
it was quite a shot

They should put together a little trophy ceremony for him at the end of the year. This way, he ends up getting some kind of hardware for his efforts when it's all said and done.

I think they're just waiting for a return call from Henry and Lucchino to find out who does their plaques for them. A referral is always the way to go.
